All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 10 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer; in some cases up to two weeks. We always do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience 💛
Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3–4 working days.

Most of our jewellery is packaged in letterbox-sized gift packaging, meaning it should arrive straight through your door with no need to be home to receive it.
Please note:

Larger orders or orders that include jewellery boxes will not fit through the letterbox and could require delivery by hand or leaving in a safe place.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Little Earring Company pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of postage must be obtained, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely returned and inspected.

The majority of Items are delivered in letterbox size gifts so should be delivered straight to your door with no need to worry about somebody being in to receive it.
Larger orders and orders containing jewellery boxes will be unable to fit through the letterbox.
