All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Your order will usually be dispatched within 10 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer; in some cases up to two weeks. We always do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience 💛

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3–4 working days.

✨ Free delivery on all orders over £25

Most of our jewellery is packaged in letterbox-sized gift packaging, meaning it should arrive straight through your door with no need to be home to receive it.

Please note:

  • Larger orders or orders that include jewellery boxes will not fit through the letterbox and could require delivery by hand or leaving in a safe place.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Little Earring Company pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • Proof of postage must be obtained, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely returned and inspected.
