Terms & Conditions apply to all monthly subscription offerings

1. Overview

Our monthly subscription services providing members with a monthly delivery. By subscribing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription Details

  • Payment is taken monthly in advance on the same date each month based on your sign-up date.
  • Each month, subscribers will receive their surprise package selected by us.
  • Designs are chosen at our discretion and may vary in style.

3. Materials & Product Information

  • All earrings supplied through Stud Club are made from sterling silver.
  • While sterling silver is generally suitable for sensitive ears, individual reactions can vary. We cannot guarantee suitability for all wearers.

4. Postage & Delivery

  • Postage costs are not included in the subscription price and will be shown at checkout.
  • We currently ship to the locations specified on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

5. Surprise Element

  • Our services are a surprise subscription. Members cannot choose, preview, or request specific designs.
  • Receiving the same or similar styles to previous months does not constitute a fault.

6. Member Discount

  • Active Stud Club members receive 30% off all additional purchases while their subscription is active.
  • The discount cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
  • The discount is valid only while the subscription remains active and payments are up to date.
  • The discount code is only to be used by the subscriber
  • Any misuse of discounts will lead to them being cancelled and revoked.

7. Cancellations & Pausing

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • Any orders already processed or dispatched before cancellation will still be fulfilled and are non-refundable.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved faulty items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

9. Lost or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us so we can investigate.
  • We are not responsible for items marked as delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

10. Changes to the Service

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, products, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will not affect orders already processed and will be communicated where required.

11. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid for the affected month.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or normal wear and tear.
