Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to two weeks.

• UK delivery typically takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

• Most jewellery is packaged in letterbox-sized gift packaging, so it can arrive straight through your door.

• Larger orders or orders containing jewellery boxes will not fit through the letterbox and may require delivery by hand.
